Frédéric Commandeur, Executive VP, CFO
Frédéric Commandeur manages all the finance teams throughout Arkadin since 2003. He also conducts the funding activities, as well as business development and M&A projects.
Prior to Arkadin, Frédéric was founder and CEO of "CFO Consulting", specializing in outsourced CFO services for fast-growing companies, and has been providing such services to Arkadin prior to joining as permanent CFO in 2006.
Frédéric has 20 years of experience as a finance executive of public and private information technology companies. Frédéric lead wide array of financial transactions such as IPO, LBO, Venture Capital fund raising, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Frédéric is a graduate of HEC business school and is a Certified Public Accountant.
