Windows
Operating Systems
- Windows 2000 SP2+
- Windows XP SP3 (Recommended, not required)
Web Browsers
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (SP3), 7 & 8
- Mozilla Firefox 3, 3.5 & 3.6
Minimum Hardware
- Pentium III 500 MHz (Recommended: Pentium III 800 MHz or greater, Pentium IV or greater if using application sharing plug-in)
- 128 MB of Available RAM (Recommended: 256 MB RAM or greater, 512 MB or greater if using application sharing Add-on)
- 10 MB of free hard drive space for cache
Application Sharing (Internet Explorer and Firefox)
- Moderator:
- An Add-on (Active X plug-in) is necessary to share applications or your desktop. It is available on the login page or from within the web conference by clicking on the Application Sharing button
- Rights-to-install are needed on your computer to install the application sharing Add-on. Browser restart is necessary for Firefox
- Need approx. 45 Kbytes/s bandwidth available
- Participants:
- Flash Player 9.0 or above is required to enhance your viewing experience during application sharing, and allow your screen to auto-fit, but is not mandatory.
- Need 125 MB RAM Available
- Need approx. 45 Kbytes/s bandwidth available per participant
Mac
Operating Systems
- Mac OS X 10.2.x or greater. Application Sharing Add-on is not supported.
